Who I am

lrjordan.com is run by Offside Projects Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13110296), registered office 18 St Cross Street, London, EC1N 8UN. In this policy, "I" and "me" mean Offside Projects Ltd.

For anything about your data, use my contact form.

What I collect

When you sign up: your email address and which free resource you signed up for.

When you use the contact form: your email address and your message.

Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Why I use it

To send you what you signed up for, and my emails about building and scaling YouTube businesses. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Contact form messages are used to reply to you, on the basis of my legitimate interest in answering the people who get in touch.

Analytics show me which of my YouTube videos bring people here, on the basis of my legitimate interest in knowing what content works.

Hosting data is used on the basis of my legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the email addresses of people who sign up, and runs Turnstile, which checks that forms are filled in by a person, not a bot. PostShiba sends my emails, including contact form messages to me. I use Video Performance Pro to track analytics from my YouTube traffic. I do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

For what Video Performance Pro collects and how it uses it, see its privacy policy and terms.

Both may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the International Data Transfer Addendum.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies. Video Performance Pro may set cookies for its YouTube analytics. Cloudflare may set a cookie that is strictly necessary to protect the site from bots, and your browser remembers whether you chose light or dark mode.

How long I keep it

Until you unsubscribe. After that, I keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so you are never emailed again by mistake, unless you ask me to delete it completely.

Contact form messages: only as long as I need them to deal with what you asked.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how I use it, or receive a copy to take elsewhere. Send me a message through the contact form and I will reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update it here and change the date at the top.
